Planning and executing the migration of ~800 software project to a new toolchain
situation & challenge
Deploying code into production is a particular challenge for a bank's safety-critical applications. To master this challenge, the entire internal software development process had to be rethought and supported by modern tools. Furthermore ~800 projects had to be migrated to the new toolchain and the users as well as developers had to be trained. Bugs that arose during the migration were also eliminated, thus creating a trustworthy and reliable software development process.
